PBS39 PROVIDES TO THE COMMUNITY:- THE BROADCAST OF NON-COMMERCIAL TELEVISION PROGRAMS INTO 2.6 MILLION HOUSEHOLDS WITHIN EASTERN PENNSYLVANIA AND WESTERN NEW JERSEY WITH 5.2 MILLION VIEWERS. - EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION FOR THOUSANDS OF PRESCHOOLERS AND THEIR PARENTS EACH YEAR AS WELL AS EDUCATIONAL CLASSROOM SERVICES, INCLUDING WEB-BASED ARCHIVES OF THOUSANDS OF EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS TO DEVELOP CURRICULUM THAT IMPACTS STUDENTS AND TEACHERS ON A DAILY BASIS. - AWARD-WINNING LOCAL DOCUMENTARY AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS PROGRAMS.
