THE CONTENT DEPARTMENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CREATION OF MEDIA INCLUDING VIDEO, PODCASTS, WEBSITE POSTS, AND SOCIAL MEDIA CHANNELS. THEY PRODUCE NEWS STORIES AND DISSEMINATE INFORMATION OF VITAL INTEREST TO RESIDENTS OF MONTGOMERY COUNTY.
THE EDUCATION AND COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT DEPARTMENT (ECE) IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CREATING AND FACILITATING MULTIMEDIA TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES FOR MONTGOMERY COUNTY RESIDENTS, IN SUPPORT OF ORIGINAL CONTENT CREATION AND DISTRIBUTION. ECE MANAGES MEMBER COMMUNICATIONS, VOLUNTEER EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING PROVIDING PRODUCTION SUPPORT FOR PRODUCERS AND TECHNICIANS.
THE PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT OVERSEES DAY-TO-DAY MANAGEMENT OF CREW SCHEDULING, EQUIPMENT, SCRIPTS, AND SET DESIGN IN SUPPORT OF PROVIDING THE COMMUNITY WITH ACCESS TO PRODUCE LOCAL PROGRAMMING ON OUR CHANNELS AND OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS.
