THE ORGANIZATION IS A CERTIFIED MEDICAID INDIVIDUAL OPTION WAIVER PROVIDER OF HOME AND COMMUNITY-BASED SERVICES OPERATING 14 HOMES LICENSED BY THE OHIO DEPARTMENT OF DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. PROVIDED HOMEMAKER, PERSONAL CARE AND TRANSPORTATION SERVICES FOR 43 INDIVIDUALS RESIDING IN THESE HOMES. THE ORGANIZATION IS ALSO CERTIFIED TO PROVIDE MEDICAID INSTITUTIONAL RESPITE SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES, NON-MEDICAID RESPITE SERVICES, AND MEDICAID SUPPORTED LIVING SERVICES.
