PERCO'S MISSION IS TO DEVELOP AND PROVIDE EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES AND RELATED SUPPORTS TO INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES AS WELL AS QUALITY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES TO BUSINESS CUSTOMERS. PERCO'S PURPOSE IS TO PROMOTE INCLUSION, SELF-DETERMINATION AND INDEPENDENCE IN A SECURE FACILITY AND COMMUNITY BASED EMPLOYMENT FOR ADULT RESIDENTS OF PERRY COUNTY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TRAINING, EDUCATION AND SUPPORT STAFF EMPLOYEES TRAINED TO ASSIST THEM IN PERFORMING PRODUCTIVE WORK, AND PARTICIPATING FULLY IN THE COMMUNITY.
