DISTRICT IDENTITY INCLUDES THE PROMOTION OF THE UPTOWN AREA THROUGH PROFESSIONAL PUBLIC RELATIONS CONSULTANTS, WEB CONTENT, AND OTHER PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES.


THE LAND USE COMMITTEE WORKS WITH THE CITY OF WHITTIER ON THE DEVELOPMENT AND GUIDANCE IN THE USE OF LAND IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE GOALS OF THE UWIA.
