MEMBER SERVICES INCLUDES INFORMATION, REFERRALS, AND DIRECT SERVICES INCLUDING HOME VISITS, TELEPHONE CALLS FOR COMPANIONSHIP AND CONSULTATION, GROCERY SHOPPING AND DELIVERY, ERRANDS, PRESCRIPTION PICK-UP AND DELIVERY, VETTED VENDOR REFERRALS, INTERVIEWS AND SCHEDULING OF VOLUNTEERS TO VISIT, MAKE CALLS, PERFORM IN-HOME TASKS AND TRANSPORTATION; EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS. HOME SAFETY AND ACCESSIBILITY: INCLUDES NO-COST ACCESS TO DURABLE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT (DME) AVAILABLE IN OUR EQUIPMENT EXCHANGE (WHEELCHAIRS, WALKERS, CANES, SHOWER CHAIRS, BATH BENCHES,PORTABLE WHEELCHAIR RAMPS).
