MEDICAL AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES: HCC NETWORK OWNS AND OPERATES 6 FEDERALLY QUALIFIED HEALTH CENTERS IN RURAL MISSOURI THAT PROVIDE MEDICAL, DENTAL AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES. IN 2022, HCC SERVED 8,033 UNIQUE PATIENTS. 3,919 PATIENTS WERE SEEN FOR MEDICAL SERVICES RESULTING IN 9,478 MEDICAL VISITS. 1,133 PATIENTS WERE SEEN FOR BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES RESULTING IN 6,351 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH VISITS.
