COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENTEAG SUPPORTED BUSINESSES ALONG WITH THE EXCELSIOR AND OUTER MISSION CORRIDORS. SERVICES RANGED FROM PROGRAM ENGAGEMENT, FINANCIAL COACHING, AND SAFETY CHECK-INS. IN ADDITION, EAG CREATED EXCITING NETWORKING EVENTS, FESTIVALS, AND PUB CRAWL TO ENGAGE BUSINESSES AND COMMUNITY MEMBERS.


OTHER PROGRAM


ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENTEXCELSIOR ACTION GROUP (EAG) ENGAGES SMALL BUSINESSES IN PROGRAM ENGAGEMENT, FINANCIAL COACHING, AND SAFETY CHECK-INS. DURING COVID-19, EAG SUPPORTED SMALL BUSINESSES WITH MINI AND MICRO-GRANTS AND OFFERED CONTINUED SUPPORT TO BUSINESSES, ESPECIALLY THOSE FACING DISPLACEMENT.


PUBLIC & PEDESTRIAN SAFETYEAG SPEARHEADED MULTIPLE SAFETY INITIATIVES, SUCH AS "HOT SPOTS," BETTER LIGHTING, AND STREET STRIPING. IN ADDITION, EAG WORKED WITH SFMTA ON THE MISSION- GENEVA STREET SAFETY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT.
