LAUNCH A TALENT RESOURCE NAVIGATOR, AN ONLINE TOOL DESIGNED TO PROVIDE THE MOST UP-TO-DATE INFORMATION ABOUT EDUCATIONAL AND JOB TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES, IN-DEMAND SKILLS AND EMPLOYMENT DATA FOR INDIANA. THIS EFFORT WILL HELP EMPLOYERS ENHANCE THEIR WORKERS' SKILLS AND INDIVIDUALS LEARN ABOUT WHAT THEY NEED FOR AVAILABLE JOBS.
WORK AND LEARN INDIANA IS THE CATALYST FOR EXPANDING THE CREATION AND USE OF HIGH-QUALITY EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES AS A KEY STRATEGY IN RETAINING INDIANA'S TOP TALENT.
