WE ARE A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION HELPING WOMEN ADVANCE IN LEADERSHIP THROUGH OUR WILPOWER PROGRAM. THE WILPOWER PROGRAM OFFERS WOMEN THE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND CONNECTIONS THEY NEED, TO MAP THEIR OWN UNIQUE PATH AND GROW PROFESSIONALLY, WHICH ALLOWS THEM TO TURN THEIR EXCELLENCE INTO SUCCESS. THIS ANNUAL LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT AND NETWORKING PROGRAM IS OFFERED VIRTUALLY IN SEATTLE, SAN FRANCISCO, PALO ALTO, AND NEW YORK CITY. IN 2023, WE HAD 213 PARTICIPANTS.
