WITH FUNDING FROM OCWCOG SENIOR AND DISABILITY SERVICES AND OREGON'S DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES WE HAVE BEEN ABLE TO "OUTFIT" OUR PARTICIPANTS THEIR FAMILIES STAFF AND VOLUNTEERS WITH TABLETS IPADS OTHER DEVICES AND INTERNET SERVICE ENABLING US TO CONTINUE TO MEET REMOTELY ON THE TEAMS APP.
PROVIDE COUNSELING AND SUPPORT TO INDIVIDUALS HAVING DIFFICULTY MENTALLY AND PHYSICAL IN RESPONSE TO ISSUES CAUSED FROM ISOLATION AND QUARANTINE.
COORDINATE WITH LOCAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT TO PROVIDE WRAPAROUND SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES ISOLATED OR QUARANTINED BECAUSE OF COVID-19; PURCHASE AND DELIVER PPES GROCERIES THERMOMETERS RX DRUGS,OTHER SUPPLIES MAKKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR UTILITIES AND RENTS. AS PART OF THIS CONTRACT WITH OREGON'S HEALTH AUTHORITY WE PROVIDE VIRUS AND WILDFIRE RELATED INFORMATION EDUCATION AND RELATED SERVICES AND REFERRALS TO OTHER SOCIAL AGENCIES.
