EB-5 REGIONAL CENTERS WERE ESTABLISHED BY CONGRESS TO FACILITATE U.S. ECONOMIC GROWTH THROUGH THE EB-5 IMMIGRANT INVESTMENT PROGRAM THAT ALLOWS INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT LEADING TO JOB CREATION IN EXCHANGE FOR VISAS. BY INVESTING IN APPROVED PROJECTS, THE EB-5 PROGRAM OFFERS PARTICIPANTS LEGAL STATUS AND PROVIDES SUBSTANTIAL FUNDING TO REGIONAL BUSINESSES FOR STARTUPS OR EXPANSION. THESE EFFORTS ARE DESIGNED TO CREATE JOBS AND FOSTER ECONOMIC GROWTH AND DIVERSITY. NVEB-5 WAS APPROVED AND CERTIFIED AS AN EB-5 REGIONAL CENTER ON JULY 15, 2013. THE ORGANIZATION FOCUSES ON PROVIDING ECONOMIC GROWTH FOR THE UNDERDEVELOPED REGION INCLUDING CARSON CITY, NEVADA WITH FUTURE DEVELOPMENT INTO NORTHERN NEVADA.
