EDUCURIOUS IS A SEATTLE, WA-BASED 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION WHICH ORIGINATED WITH A GRANT FROM THE BILL & MELINDA GATES FOUNDATION IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE UNIVERSITY OF WASHINGTON. EDUCURIOUS DESIGNS AND DELIVERS AUTHENTIC PROJECT-BASED LEARNING (PBL) CURRICULUM AND LEARNING EXPERIENCES FOR YOUNG PEOPLE AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR EDUCATORS. THEIR DESIGN PRINCIPLES ARE GROUNDED IN THE SCIENCE OF LEARNING-UNDERSTANDING HOW AND WHY PEOPLE LEARN.
