WARREN ENRICHED PROGRAM - AIMED AT WORKING TO BEAUTIFY WARREN NEIGHBORHOODS THROUGH CLEANUP AND BY REPLACING BLIGHT WITH USEFUL AND BEAUTIFUL COMMUNITY SPACES THROUGHOUT THE CITY.
