SUPPORT AND BENEFIT OF AND TO CARRY OUT THE PURPOSES OF THE FOOD BANK, WHICH MAY INCLUDE THE FUNDS FOR CAPITAL EXPENDITURES, AN ENDOWMENT FUND AND OTHER FINANCIAL PURPOSES, AND MANAGING AND INVESTING SUCH FUNDS (INCLUDING INVESTMENTS IN STOCKS, BONDS AND LOANS RECEIVABLE) FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE SUPPORTED ORGANIZATION.
