INTERNATIONAL JAZZ & BLUES FESTIVAL ON SEPTEMBER 3 - 4,2022. IT IS A CONCERT OF JAZZ AND BLUES MUSICIANS ATTENDED BY APPROXIMATELY 9,000 PEOPLE. IN-KIND SERVICES FOR POLICE OFFICERS, PARK RENTAL FEE, PERSONNEL AND OTHER RENTAL EXPENSES WERE PROVIDED IN THE AMOUNT OF 41,388.
