ENRICH SCHOOL MUSIC PROGRAMS, ENCOURAGE THE STUDY OF MUSIC, AND PROMOTE THE UNDERSTANDING, ENJOYMENT, AND APPRECIATION OF CLASSICAL MUSIC BY PEOPLE OF ALL AGES.
