THE PET FOOD BANK PROVIDES FREE PET FOOD TO LOW OR NO INCOME FAMILIES. THIS PROGRAM ALLOWS HAPPY AND HEALTHY PETS STAY IN THE HOME RATHER THAN BEING SURRENDERED TO OUR LOCAL SHELTERS, THUS LOWERING THE INTAKE AT OUR SHELTERS. CURRENTLY SERVING OVER 300 FAMILIES.
THE FOSTER ADOPTION PROGRAM IS AN ALL YEAR PROGRAM WHERE ANIMALS ARE TAKEN IN FROM LOCAL SHELTERS OR FAMILIES THAT NO LONGER WANT THEIR ANIMALS, AND PLACED IN FOSTER HOMES WITH VOLUNTEERS IN THE COMMUNITY UNTIL THEY CAN BE ADOPTED TO PERMANENT FAMILIES.
