FAMILIES UNIDAS - THIS COMPONENT DEVELOPS A POWERFUL AND INFLUENTIAL BASE OF PARENTS AND COMMUNITY MEMBERS TO PROMOTE EDUCATIONAL JUSTICE IN PUBLIC EDUCATION AND BUILDS THE LEADERSHIP OF FAMILIES TO HAVE POSITIVE COLLECTIVE IMPACT.


HOUSING JUSTICE - THIS AREA OF WORK IDENTIFIES QUANTITATIVE AND QUALITATIVE DATA AND RESEARCH METHODS TO BUILD A CASE FOR HOUSING JUSTICE AND COMMUNITY CHANGE. SPECIFIC POLICY AND RESEARCH AREAS INCLUDE TENANT PROTECTIONS, EVICTION LAWS, TENANT / LANDLORD RIGHTS, HOUSING SCARCITY ISSUES, AFFORDABLE HOUSING INCLUDING STATEWIDE POLICIES IMPACTING INEQUITIES.
