THE 11TH INTERNATIONAL STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION CONFERENCE WAS HELD IN CAIRO, EYGPT IN COLLABORATION WITH NILE UNIVERSITY ON JULY 26TH-31ST. THE LATEST RESEARCH PAPERS WERE SUBMITTED BY INTERNATIONAL SCHOLARS FOR PUBLICATION AND PRESENTATION DURING THE CONFERENCE. REVIEWED AND ACCEPTED PAPERS WERE COPY-EDITED AND PUBLISHED BY THE ISEC PRESS AS OPEN ACCESS PUBLICATION. THE CONFERENCE THEME FOR ISEC-11 WAS "INTERDISCIPLINARY CIVIL AND CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING PROJECTS" TO HIGHLIGHT THE IMPORTANCE OF INTERDISCIPLINARY RESEARCH BETWEEN SCIENTISTS AND ENGINEERS.
