THE ORGANIZATION IS DESIGNED TO EMPOWER YOUNG ADULTS TO LIVE OUT THEIR FAITH AND LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITY IN THE SECULAR MARKETPLACE AND TO HELP EACH FELLOW DEVELOP A MORE COMPLETE UNDERSTANDING OF THE TEACHING OF JESUS OF NAZARETH AND THEIR RELEVANCE TO VOCATION. THE PROGRAM EMPHASIZES THAT ALL WORK IS SACRED, WHILE RECOGNIZING THAT LEADERSHIP IN THE SECULAR MARKETPLACE TOO OFTEN IS DISCONNECTED FROM SPIRITUAL VALUES. IT IS DESIGNED TO TEACH FELLOWS TO INTEGRATE THEIR FAITH AND SECULAR LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES IN A MANNER THAT IS TRUE TO THEIR FAITH AND WINSOME TO THEIR COWORKERS AND THEIR ORGANIZATIONS STAKEHOLDERS.
