TO ENHANCE THE EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES OF UNDERSERVED OAKLAND YOUTH BY PROVIDING TRAINING, JOB PLACEMENT, ACCESS TO EDUCATION AND COMPREHENSICE SUPPORT SERVICES. WE TARGET SOME OFTHE MOST AT-RISK YOUNG PEOPLE IN OUR COMMUNITY. 95% OF OUR PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS COME FROM HOUSEHOLDS LIVING AT OR BELOW THE FEDERAL POVERTY LINE.
