CRISIS COUNSELING PROGRAM: PROVIDE CULTURALLY AND LINGUISTICALLY RELEVANT INDIVIDUAL CRISIS COUNSELING, GROUP CRISIS COUNSELING, BRIEF EDUCATION OR SUPPORTIVE CONTACT, PUBLIC EDUCATION ASSESSMENT, REFERRAL AND LINKAGE AND COMMUNITY NETWORKING AND SUPPORT TO MEMBERS OF TARGET POPULATION.


COVID-19 COMMUNITY OUTREACH AND ENGAGEMENT SERVICES: PROVIDE HEALTH LITERACY TO DIVERSE, VULNERABLE POPUATIONS THROUGH COMMUNITY OUTREACH, 1:1, AND GROUP GATHERINGS. PROVIDE RESOURCES, ACCESS TO TESTING AND VACCINATIONS. PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR THOSE EXPERIENCING FEAR, OR HAVING TROUBLE NAVIGATING RESOURCES. COLLABORATED WITH OC HCA AND CBO PARTNERS TO HOST VACCINE CLINICS, COMMUNITY EVENTS, AND TOWN HALLS.


PROVIDE HOME VISITING SERVICES TO FAMILIES REFERRED BY COUNTY OF ORANGE. FAMILIES INCLUDE CALWORKS RECIPIENTS WHO ARE PREGNANT, OR CALWORKS RECIPIENTS WHO ARE PARENTS OF, OR CARETAKER RELATIVES OF, A CHILD LESS THAN 24 MONTHS OF AGE AT THE TIME OF VOLUNTARY ENROLLMENT IN CALWORKS HOME VISITING PROGRAM (HVP) SERVICES. FAMILIES ALSO INCLUDE INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE ELIGIBLE FOR CALWORKS WITH A CHILD LESS THAN 24 MONTHS OF AGE AND PREGNANT INDIVIDUALS, INCLUDING INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE APPLIED FOR CALWORKS AND WITHIN 60 CALENDAR DAYS PRIOR TO REACHING THE SECOND TRIMESER OF PREGNANCY.
