MOM'S CREATE A LIFE CARE PLAN FOR THEMSELVES AND WE USE A.4-PHASE PROGRAM TO ASSIST THEM IN ACHIEVING THEIR LIFE CARE GOALS TOWARDS EDUCATION AND OR EMPLOYMENT AND INDEPENDENCE. INHOUSE EDUCATION AND COMMUNITY COLLABORATION WITH GOVERNMENT AND OTHER NON-PROFIT AGENCIES IS UTILIZED TO ASSIST THEM IN STAYING SOBER, LEARNING PARENTING SKILLS, ADDRESSING MEDICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH NEEDS AND LIFE SKILLS.
