LEADERSHIP - CGB ENGAGES IN MULTIPLE ACTIVITIES THAT HELP COLLEGE STUDENTS AND YOUNG PROFESSIONALS. THESE ACTIVITIES INCLUDE MENTORING, WORLDVIEW AND LIFE-SKILLS CLASSES, INTERNSHIPS, AND ENCOURAGING RELATIONAL ACTIVITIES.
PAR (PARTNERS) - THE PARTNERS PROGRAM WAS CREATED TO PROVIDE CONSULTING SERVICES TO NON-PROFITS AND SOCIAL IMPACT BUSINESSES. WE SUPPORT BOARD DEVELOPMENT, BUSINESS STRATEGY, FINANCIAL SERVICES, INITIAL REGISTRATION ADVICE, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR COACHING AND FUNDRAISING STRATEGY.
GRANT - CGB IS OFTEN ASKED TO PROVIDE GRANTS AND OTHER FORMS OF FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO NON-PROFITS AND SOCIAL BUSINESSES. THIS CATEGORY OF ACTIVITY REPRESENTS THE TIME SPENT TO PROCESS, EVALUATE AND PARTICIPATE IN THESE REQUESTS. FS-DESTINY ACADEMY - IN A SELECT NUMBER OF CIRCUMSTANCES, CGB SERVES AS A FISCAL SPONSOR FOR PROJECTS IN NEED OF HELP OR FOR NON-PROFITS IN THEIR FIRST YEAR OF GETTING STARTED. IN THE PAST YEAR DESTINY ACADEMY HAS BEEN THE ONLY ORGANIZATION REQUIRING FISCAL SPONSORSHIP. DESTINY ACADEMY IS LOCATED IN ADDIS ABABA AND THEY PROVIDE UNDER-PRIVILEDGED CHILDREN, WHOSE PARENTS CANNOT AFFORD PUBLIC SCHOOL, WITH EDUCATION. DESTINY ACADEMY IS ABLE TO OFFER THIS LOVING EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITY TO STUDENTS DUE TO GENEROUS DONATIONS OUTSIDE OF ETHIOPIA. CGB PROVIDES DONOR SUPPORT SERVICES FOR THESE DONORS.
