2021 ACCOMPLISHMENTS1) CONTINUED TO HOST TWO CASA ORIENTATIONS AND TWO NEW CASA TRAINING SESSION DURING 2021. RECRUITED 16 NEW CASA VOLUNTEERS.CLASSES REMAINED SMALL TO ACCOMMODATE SOCIAL DISTANCING GUIDELINES.2) MAINTAINED AND RETAINED 90% OF OUR VOLUNTEER BASE TO ADVOCATE FOR THE BEST INTEREST OF CHILDREN IN POLK COUNTY FOSTER CARE DUE TO ABUSE AND NEGLECT.3) 86% OF OUR CHILDREN IN POLK COUNTY FOSTER CARE, HAD A CASA VOLUNTEER ASSIGNED TO THEM TO ADVOCATE FOR THEIR BEST INTEREST IN COURT.4) CASA OF POLK COUNTY, CONTINUED OUR PARTNERSHIP WITH THE CONFEDERATED TRIBES OF GRAND RONDE CASA PROGRAM BY INVITING THEIR POTENTIAL VOLUNTEERS TO OUR CASA TRAININGS, CASA TEAM MEETINGS AND RECRUITMENT/FUNDRAISING EVENTS5) THREE POLK COUNTY CASA'S THAT ARE DUAL TRAINED AS TRIBAL CASAS, CONTINUE TO ADVOCATE FOR CHILDREN IN GRAND RONDE TRIBAL COURT.6) CONTINUES TO COORDINATE MONTHLY CASA TEAM MEETINGS. 7) COORDINATE CONTINUING EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES FOR CASA VOLUNTEERS TO MEET THE NATIONAL CASA ASSOCIATION REQUIRED 12 HOURS PER YEAR.8) CONTINUED TO BE IN GOOD STANDING WITH NATIONAL CASA ASSOCIATION AND OREGON CASA NETWORK TO MAINTAIN MEMBERSHIP STATUS.
