TREATMENT AND OPERATIONAL FUNDING - PROVIDES FUNDS FOR DETOX, RESIDENTIAL, TRANSITIONAL, AND OUTPATIENT CONTINUUM-OF-CARE FOR DUALLY DIAGNOSED VETERANS. VHI WILL FORMULATE AGREEMENTS WITH LICENSED EXISTING TREATMENT CENTERS ACROSS THE COUNTRY THAT PROVIDE EVIDENCE-BASED, BEST PRACTICES, DUAL-DIAGNOSIS TREATMENT FOR VETERANS SUFFERING FROM SUBSTANCE ABUSE AND PTSD. WE WILL TRACK OUTCOMES OF THE VETERANS WE SPONSOR AND EVALUATE WHICH PROGRAM MODELS ARE MOST EFFECTIVE FOR OUR PATIENT POPULATION.
