THIS ENTITY SERVES AS THE BOOSTER CLUB FOR THE DES MOINES LOCATION OF THE FOY SCHOOL FOR TRADITIONAL IRISH DANCE. WE ORGANIZED A HOOLEY CELEBRATION IN MARCH 2019 THAT BROUGHT IRISH DANCE AND MUSIC SHOWS TO THE GREATER DES MOINES COMMUNITY. THERE WERE SEVERAL PERFORMANCES IN OTHER METRO AREAS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR: CULTURAL ARTS CELEBRATIONS, NURSING HOME SHOWS ON ST. PATRICK'S DAY, LOCAL LIBRARIES HOSTED SHOWS, AND A FREE SHOW IN DOWNTOWN DES MOINES ON ST. PATRICK'S DAY. THE ORGANIZATION BELIEVES OUR IRISH TRADITIONS, HISTORY, AND HERITAGE SHOULD BE TREASURED, PASSED ONTO OUR CHILDREN, AND SHARED WITH OUR COMMUNITY.
