CIVIL, CONSTITUTIONAL AND HUMAN RIGHTS PROGRAM LEGAL AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM TO DEFEND HUMAN RIGHTS AND CIVIL RIGHTS AS SECURED BY LAW WITH AN EMPHASIS ON 1 THE DEFENSE OF CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS TO FREE SPEECH AND ASSEMBLY, 2 THE RIGHT TO BE FREE FROM ARBITRARY AND UNCONSTITUTIONAL POLICE OR GOVERNMENT MISCONDUCT AND RELATED DISCRIMINATION AND EQUAL PROTECTION UNDER THE LAW. A PROGRAM FOCUS IS ON OPEN GOVERNMENT AND ITS ACCOUNTABILITY, PUBLIC RECORDS REQUESTS, ANALYSIS OF DATA, AND LITIGATION, IF NECESSARY, WHEN PUBLIC AUTHORITIES FAIL TO DISCLOSE PUBLIC INFORMATION REQUESTS.
