IN 2022, THE DIGNITAS TEAM WORKED IN 274 SCHOOLS ACROSS HOMA BAY, KAJIADO, LAIKIPIA, MACHAKOS, AND NAIROBI TO ENSURE 73,843 CHILDREN HAVE EVERY OPPORTUNITY TO GAIN THE SKILLS AND STRENGTH OF CHARACTER THEY NEED TO THRIVE AND SUCCEED. GIVEN THE ONGOING COMPLEXITIES AND CHALLENGES FACING EDUCATORS AND STUDENTS AS A RESULT OF THE ONGOING COVID PANDEMIC, DIGNITAS CONTINUED TO BUILD UPON INNOVATIONS LAUNCHED IN 2020. DIGNITAS INVESTED SIGNIFICANT TIME AND EXPERTISE IN DESIGNING BLENDED PROGRAM DELIVERY FOR ITS SCHOOL PARTNERS. THE ORGANIZATION PARTNERED WITH GLOBAL SCHOOL LEADERS, GLOBAL SCHOOLS FORUM, EDUCATION ABOVE ALL, REGIONAL EDUCATION LEARNING INITIATIVE, EDTECH EAST AFRICA AND MANY MORE ORGANIZATIONS TO HARNESS STRENGTHS AND ACHIEVE SHARED IMPACT GOALS.DIGNITAS ALSO FURTHER DEVELOPED ITS DIGITAL TRAINING AND COACHING TOOLKIT.
