PROGRAM EXPENSES CONSISTS OF OCCUPANCY AND MAINTENANCE COSTS INCURRED IN PROVIDING HOUSING TO THE RESIDENTS OF MORAVIAN COLLEGE HOUSING. THE PROGRAM PROVIDED HOUSING, EDUCATION, ACCESS TO DINING, ENTERTAINMENT AND TRANSPORTATION TO ITS RESIDENTS IN AN INTEGRATED LIVING AND LEARNING COMMUNITY. THE FACILITY'S MAXIMUM CAPACITY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDED 6/30/2021 IS 235. THE NUMBER OF RESIDENTS WERE 185 AND 168 FOR THE FALL 2020 AND SPRING 2021 SEMESTERS RESPECTIVELY.
