CHILDREN AND ADULTS WITH INTELLECTUAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES ARE PROVIDED WITH EMPLOYMENT PLACEMENT, TRAINING, SUPPORT SERVICES, PERSONAL SUPPORTS, BASIC NEEDS, AND LOW INTETSITY SUPPORT SERVICES. MARYLAND COMMUINTY CONNECTION, WITH ITS UNIQUE EXPERIENCES, COMMITMENT, ANDSTRONG PARTNERSHIPS, SERVES AND PROVIDES EMOTIONAL SUPPORT, TRAINING, EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES AND ACCESS TO RESOUCES ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS TO CHILDREN AND ADULTS WITH INTELLECTUAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES WHO WANT TO ACHIEVE GREATER SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC INDEPENDENCE, AND TO BE FULLY INTEGRATED INTO THE COMMUNITY.
