STAFF, FACILITIES, MATERIALS, AND OTHER COSTS INDIRECTLY ASSOCIATED OR ALLOCABLE AMONG ALL PROGRAMS OFFERED.
COMMUNITY OUTREACH & NEIGHBORHOOD ASSISTANCE PROGRAM: PROVIDES COUNSELING FOR AT-RISK YOUTHS AND FAMILIES. PROVIDES EMERGENCY AID AND ASSISTANCE TO NEEDY FAMILIES FOR FOOD, CLOTHING, SHELTER, MEDICAL, AND COUNSELING AT NO COST.
