REHABILITATION AND RECOVERY SERVICES: PROVIDES RESIDENTIAL AND REHABILITATION SUPPORT, LIVING SKILLS, AND VOCATIONAL SERVICES TO ADULTS WITH SERIOUS MENTAL ILLNESS AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES.
