WE USE OUR VOICE, AND EMPOWER OTHERS TO USE THEIRS, TO CREATE POSITIVE, LASTING CHANGE IN PEOPLE'S LIVES. VOCE'S AREAS OF EXPERTISE INCLUDE TRAUMA AND LOSS, ADOPTION AND PERMANENCY, DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION, AND INDIVIDUAL AND FAMILY WELL-BEING.

VOCE'S VISION IS A SOCIETY WHERE EVERY PERSON BELONGS AND IS EMPOWERED TO THRIVE. IN 2014, MORE THAN 2,000 PENNSYLVANIA CHILDREN WERE ADOPTED. VOCE, AS THE PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR FOR PENNSYLVANIA'S STATEWIDE ADOPTION AND PERMANENCY NETWORK (SWAN), PROVIDED TRAINING, TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORT FOR AN ARRAY OF SERVICES DELIVERED BY ADOPTION AND CHILD WELFARE PROFESSIONAL AND DESIGNED TO MEET THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN IN FOSTER CARE AND THE FAMILIES WHO CARE FOR THEM. SWAN SERVICES INCLUDE CHILD PREPARATION, CHILD SPECIFIC RECRUITMENT AND POST-ADOPTION PERMANENCY SERVICES, TO NAME A FEW. VOCE'S LEGAL SERVICES INITIATIVE PLACES PARALEGALS STATEWIDE IN COUNTY CHILDREN AND YOUTH AGENCIES TO ADDRESS LEGAL BARRIERS AND ENSURE TIMELY PERMANENCY FOR CHILDREN. OUR AGENCY'S WORK HAS BEEN EXTENDED INTO SCHOOLS THROUGH THE DELIVERY OF BULLYING PREVENTION PROGRAMS AND SERVICES.
