PREVENTION - SCHOOL BASED, IN-HOME AND COMMUNITY-BASED SERVICES ARE OFFERED AS PREVENTION AND EARLY INTERVENTION PROGRAMS AIMED AT ENHANCING THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR INDIVIDUALS, FAMILIES AND THE COMMUNITY, AS WELL AS PREVENTING SUBSTANCE ABUSE AND FAMILY/COMMUNITY VIOLENCE.
EMERGENCY RENTAL AND UTILITIES COALITION (ERUC): ERUC IS DESIGNED TO PROVIDE HOUSING STABILITY TO LOW AND MODERATE INCOME RESIDENTS AT RISK OF EVICTION AND/OR HOMELESSNESS DUE TO COVID-19.
PROJECT HOPE: PROVIDES SERVICES TO THOSE INFECTED WITH OR AT RISK FOR HIV/AIDS. THE SERVICES AVAILABLE FROM PROJECT HOPE ARE: HIV ANTIBODY TESTING, CASE MANAGEMENT, PREVENTION EDUCATION, HOUSING, TRANSPORTATION, NUTRITIONAL EDUCATION, AND BEHAVIORAL HEALRTH COUSELING.
