SATISFACTION SERVICES - INDIVIDUAL/FAMILY SATISFACTION TEAM -CONTRACTS WITH THREE DIFFERENT ENTITIES IN FRANKLIN AND FULTON COUNTIES TO CONDUCT SURVEYS TO GAUGE THE LEVEL OF SATISFACTION INDIVIDUALS FEEL ABOUT THE SERVICES THEY RECEIVE FROM COMMUNITY PROVIDERS.
