VNA HOSPICE HAS POSITIONED ITSELF AS THE REGIONS LEADER IN THE PROVISION OF INNOVATIVE HOSPICE SERVICES, ANNUALLY REACHING THOUSANDS OF PATIENTS, FAMILIES AND FRIENDS IN NORTHEASTERN PENNSYLVANIA. OUR TEAM OF HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS AND VOLUNTEERS PROVIDE A PLANNED PROGRAM OF CARE AND SUPPORT FOR OUR TERMINALLY ILL PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES.
