PROVIDED 28,222 THERAPY VISITS TO HOME HEALTH PATIENTS IN THEIR PLACE OF RESIDENCE. THE ORGANIZATION OFFERS PHYSICIAL, OCCUPATIONAL, AND SPEECH THERAPY AS NEEDED.
PROVIDED 34,354 SKILLED NURSING VISITS TO THE HOME HEALTH AND HOSPICE PATIENTS OF ALL AGES IN THEIR HOMES.
OTHER DIRECT SERVICES INCLUDE: MEDICAL SOCIAL WORKERS WHO PROVIDE FINANCIAL COUNSELING AS WELL AS ASSIST THE ELDERLY WITH MAKING SURE THEY HAVE ACCESS TO PROGRAMS THEY NEED FOR DAILY LIVING; AND PARA PROFESSIONALS MADE UP OF HOME HEALTH AIDES, DIETITIANS AND TELEHEALTH STAFF WHO PROVIDE SERVICES TO PATIENTS THAT INCLUDE BATHING AND DAILY ACTIVITY ASSISTANCE, NUTRITION CONSULTATIONS AND OTHER UNSKILLED SERVICES.
