APPROXIMATELY 2,454 PERSONS SERVED. EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE - PROVIDES LIMITED FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO CLIENTS WHO ARE EXPERIENCING ONE-TIME, SHORT-TERM OR LONG-TERM EMERGENCIES OR HARDSHIPS.
