COMMUNITY CLEARINGHOUSE - SERVES AS A CLEARINGHOUSE FOR THE RECEIPT AND DISTRIBUTION OF MATERIAL GOODS (CLOTHING, HOUSEHOLD ITEMS, FURNITURE, MAJOR APPLIANCES, SCHOOL SUPPLIES, AND FOOD) TO AGENCIES THAT HAVE CLIENTS IN NEED. APPROXIMATELY 2,454 PERSONS SERVED. EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE - PROVIDES LIMITED FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO CLIENTS WHO ARE EXPERIENCING ONE-TIME, SHORT-TERM OR LONG-TERM EMERGENCIES OR HARDSHIPS. ASSISTANCE INCLUDES RENT OR UTILITY PAYMENTS. CLIENTS ARE REFERRED BY PARTNER AGENCIES INCLUDING, GOVERNMENT, SOCIAL SERVICES, COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS AND OTHER NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS AND CHURCHES.


BILINGUAL ACCESS LINE - PROVIDES ON-CALL INTERPRETER SERVICES IN HEALTH, SOCIAL SERVICES, EDUCATION AND LEGAL SITUATIONS. SUCH SERVICES ARE PROVIDED 24 HOURS PER DAY, 7 DAYS A WEEK. APPROXIMATELY 3,981 APPOINTMENTS FULFILLED.
