PROVIDED AFFORDABLE HOUSING TO 80 LOW INCOME SENIOR CITIZENS AND PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES. TENANT'S PORTION OF HOUSING COSTS WERE LIMITED TO NO MORE THAN 30% OF THEIR DISPOSABLE INCOME. REMAINING PORTION OF HOUSING COSTS WERE SUBSIDIZED BY THE RENTAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM OF THE U. S. DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE RURAL DEVELOPMENT AGENCY THEREBY ENABLING PEOPLE WITH LIMITED INCOME TO LIVE IN AFFORDABLE HOUSING.
