DURING THE CURRENT YEAR FINANCIAL GRANTS WERE GIVEN TO THE THREE STATE YOUTH ORGANIZATIONS TO SUPPORT THEIR INDIVIDUAL PROGRAMS TO DEVELOP AND TRAIN YOUTH IN LEADERSHIP AND PERSONAL SKILLS.
IN 2022 THE FOUNDATION SPONSORED IT'S TRIENNIAL 2 DAY STATE WIDE YOUTH CONFERENCE WITH LOCAL AND NATIONAL SPEAKERS. THOSE WHO ATTEND PARTICIPATED IN VARIOUS WORKSHOPS AND PRESENTATIONS DESIGNED TO DEVELOPE AND IMPROVE LEADERSHIP SKILLS AND PERSONAL CONFIDENCE. THEY ALSO PARTICIPATED IN A LOCAL COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECT. OVER 200 PERSONS ATTEND THE CONFERENCE FROM NEBRASKA, IOWA, AND COLORADO.
