THE KELLOGG FELLOWS LEADERSHIP ALLIANCE IS MADE UP OF 1,700 INDIVIDUALS FROM 53 COUNTRIES, FROM 15 W.K. KELLOGG FOUNDATION LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS REPRESENTING MORE THAN 40 YEARS OF LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT. OUR FELLOWS ARE COMMITTED TO POSITIVE CHANGE AND GIVING BACK TO THEIR COMMUNITIES. KFLA PROVIDES PROGRAMS IN THE USA, LATIN AMERICA AND THE CARIBBEAN, AND SOUTHERN AFRICA. WE ARE A DIVERSE, TRANSNATIONAL NETWORK OF LEADERS, ACTIVISTS, INNOVATORS, THINKERS AND DOERS. WE BELIEVE GROUPS OF COMMITTED AND TALENTED INDIVIDUALS CAN COME TOGETHER TO MAKE OUR COMMUNITIES MORE JUST.
