CIRCLES USA PROVIDES TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP AND PLANNING PROGRAMS TO ALIGN LEADERS AND THEIR ORGANIZATIONS TO HIGH IMPACT STRATEGIES THAT CAN REDUCE AND EVENTUALLY END POVERTY.
