CASA FAMILIAR IS THE GENERAL MANAGING PARTNER FOR OVER 1,200 AFFORDABLE HOUSING UNITS IN SOUTHERN SAN DIEGO. CASA FAMILIAR ALSO CONTINUES TO BE AN INNOVATOR AND SUCCESSFUL EXAMPLE IN ADDRESSING DESIGN AND QUALITY OF LIFE IN AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECTS IN SOUTH SAN DIEGO AREA. A PROJECT INCLUDING TEN UNITS OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING AND MIXED-USED SPACE FOR SOCIAL SERVICES OFFICES AND SHOPS WAS COMPLETED DURING THE YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2020.
CASA FAMILIAR PROVIDES DIRECT SERVICES TO NEARLY 10,000 INDIVIDUALS ON AN ANNUAL BASIS UNDER SIX MAJOR CATEGORIES THAT INCLUDE: ADVOCACY, SOCIAL SERVICES, EDUCATION, AFFORDABLE HOUSING, ARTS AND CULTURE, FINANCIAL COACHING, ENVIRONMENTAL JUSTICE, AND COMMUNITYAND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT.
