SOUTHERN MARKET FUNDS TO REVITALIZE THE SOUTHERN MARKET, ONE OF LANCASTER'S MOST ICONIC ARCHITECTURAL STRUCTURES. THE DEVELOPMENT PLANS INCLUDE A MULTI-STORY, "MIXED-USE" DEVELOPMENT SITE INCLUDING STREET LEVEL RESTAURANTS AND RETAIL VENUES.
