THE ASSOCIATION SUPPORTS UNIFICATION OF THE PROFESSION AND STANDARDS OF CONDUCT, UNITES THOSE IN THE PROFESSION WITH STATE AND NATIONAL ASSOCIATIONS, AND MAINTAINS APPROPRIATE DESIGNATIONS OF PROFESSIONALS IN THE AREA. IN 2021, THERE WERE 1,295 INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS AND 63 BUSINESSES SERVED BY THE ASSOCIATION. THE ASSOCIATION PUBLISHES QUARTERLY PRINT AND DIGITAL MEMBER NEWSLETTERS CALLED "PROPERTY LINES". VARIOUS MEETINGS AND MEMBERSHIP ACTIVITIES ARE HELD THROUGHOUT THE YEAR SUCH AS THE FALL AND SPRING BREAKFASTS, A MEMBERSHIP PICNIC, GOLF OUTING AND HOLIDAY AND BOARD INSTALLATION FESTIVITIES. THE ASSOCIATION ALSO HOSTED A 5K FUNDRAISER BENEFITING HABITAT FOR HUMANITY AND NEIGHBORHOOD HOUSING SERVICES. THE ASSOCIATION CONDUCTS VARIOUS COMMUNITY VOLUNTEER INITATIVES THROUGHOUT THE YEAR AND FACILIITES MANY EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TRAININGS. THE ASSOCIATION ALSO HOLDS NEW MEMBER ORIENTATION MEETINGS AS MANDATED BY THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS.
