BRIGHT STAR VISION WAS THE ONLY SISTER CITY ORGANIZATION THAT RAISED FUNDS AND HAD EXPENSES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2021. IT'S FUNDS WERE USED TO PAY THE SCHOOL FEES FOR HIGH SCHOOL AND UNIVERSITY STUDENTS FROM THE CITY OF SOGAKOPE AND THE SURROUNDING AREA. ANNUAL FEES FOR A HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT WERE $300 U.S. AND FOR A UNIVERSITY STUDENT WERE $1,000. IN ADDITION, BRIGHT STAR VISION PAID THE SALARIES FOR ALL TEACHERS AND THE LIBRARIAN IN THE DALIVE VILLAGE SCHOOL.
