FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND TRAINING/GA/TA:DISTRIBUTED EMERGENCY FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO PERSONS LIVING WITH HIV; AND TO HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS THROUGHOUT CT. OVER 10,000 REQUESTS WERE PROCESSED FOR $8 MILLION DURING 2021. PROVIDED TRAINING, TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAMS TO CASE MANAGERS AND HOUSING PROVIDERS SERVING PERSONS LIVING WITH HIV THROUGHOUT CT. 138 PEOPLE IN 18 TRAININGS WERE SERVED.
HIV TREATMENT AND CARE:HIV CASE MANAGEMENT LINKING CONSUMERS TO MEDICAL AND SUPPORT SERVICES; PSYCHOSOCIAL SUPPORT SERVICES, INCLUDING "CONNECTIONS" A WELLNESS DROP-IN CENTER; AND REP PAYEE SERVICES FOR HIV CONSUMERS IN THE GREATER HARTFORD AREA. 378 SERVED DURING 2021. SHORT- TERM CASE MANAGEMENT FOR SOON-TO-BE RELEASED HIV INMATES THROUGHOUT CT WAS ALSO PROVIDED.
