MEDICAL CARE AND MEDICATION MANAGEMENT TO PERSONS WITH AIDS, PRESCRIPTIONS OF NECESSARY MEDICATION FOR HIV/HEPC PREVENTION, PREVENTIVE SCREENINGS, TESTING AND TREATMENT.
PRIMARY CARE FOR FOOD, UTILITIES & MEDICAL EXPENSES TO PERSONS WITH AIDS FOR PREVENTION & OUTREACH. PROGRAM STAFF WILL UTILIZE MULTIPLE TECHNIQUES TO DELIVER CULTURALLY AND LANGUAGE APPROPRIATE PREVENTION & RISK REDUCTION INFORMATION TO THE COMMUNITY. INDIVIDUAL LEVEL OUTREACH ACTIVITIES ARE BROUGHT TO WHERE PEOPLE ACTUALLY CONGREGATE. DISTRIBUTION OF HIV/AIDS PREVENTION MATERIALS, EDUCATIONAL LITERATURE & INFORMATION REGARDING COUNSELING & TESTING IS MADE AVAILABLE.
